Chinese cuisine is becoming increasingly popular in Tanzania. Along with traditional classics, restaurants are also offering dishes that incorporate local ingredients. Daniel Kijo went to meet some of the people helping to bring Chinese flavors to dinner tables and restaurants throughout East Africa.
