It's a Halloween parade with one rule: you must be dressed as a cat. This spooky feline festival is based on the neighborhood in Natsume Soseki's famous novel "I Am a Cat." Spooky cats, samurai cats, cute cats and even real cats take over the streets of Tokyo's Kagurazaka district.
