UNIFIL spokesperson Andrea Tenenti: Earlier today, a UAV of unknown origin approached one of UNIFIL’s Maritime Task Force ships off the southern Lebanese coast. In accordance with procedure, electronic countermeasures were used and the UAV fell and exploded on its own.
