Marcela Vera, economist and academic at the University of Santiago of Chile, points out that the world is at a critical juncture and that we must create cooperation structures that allow us to share the achievements we have made while also developing a common project for the benefit of our peoples, aimed at generating economic development and contributing to social and green development.
