The 11th Wuzhen Theatre Festival began on Thursday. A total of 24 plays from 11 countries will be performed. This event features a variety of interrelated components, including Specially Invited Plays, the Emerging Theatre Artists Competition, the Outdoor Carnival, and the Wuzhen Dialogues. The Xizha Scenic Area is dotted with small theaters, and stories unfold not just on stage but in every corner and alley, turning the town itself into a vibrant theater scene.
