Chinese President Xi Jinping held a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kazan Kremlin on the afternoon of October 22 local time. President Xi expressed great delight at coming to the ancient Russian city of Kazan to attend the 16th BRICS Summit at the invitation of President Putin.
