BRICS has come a long way from the days of its founding in 2006, signifying a shift toward a more equitable global transition. 2024 witnesses the advent of "Greater BRICS" cooperation, with new members joining the mechanism. How will an expanded BRICS help build a more just, equitable world order as human history is in times of unprecedented changes? How will countries with different political, cultural and geographical backgrounds strengthen pragmatic cooperation in economy, energy and technology among many fields? And in what way will a "Greater BRICS" give a bigger voice to the Global South and help achieving "openness, inclusiveness, cooperation and win-win" on a global scale?
