Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Wednesday that China is willing to work with all BRICS countries to open a new horizon in the high-quality development of greater BRICS cooperation. He made the remarks in his speech at the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia. He called on the BRICS nations to lead with tenacity, audacity and wisdom to guide the world back to stability.
