Kyrgyzstan's first Luban Workshop was officially inaugurated and went into operation on Saturday morning. Distinguished guests at the opening ceremony included Du Dewen, the Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, and Taalaibek Ibrayev, the Minister of Energy of Kyrgyzstan. The China-Kyrgyzstan Luban Workshop features various laboratories and training facilities, including a hydromechanics laboratory and a model of a hydraulic engineering hub. It marks another major achievement in the collaborative efforts between China and Kyrgyzstan under the Belt and Road Initiative. The Luban Workshop, named after the renowned ancient Chinese craftsman Luban, serves as an international platform for higher educational exchange and cooperation. It also represents a new initiative for China to share its vocational educational standards and technological expertise with the global community.
