Finnish president arrives in Beijing for state visit

Finnish President Alexander Stubb arrived in Beijing on Monday for a four-day state visit to China.

At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, President Stubb is visiting China from October 28 to 31.

During the visit, President Xi will hold talks with President Stubb. Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Zhao Leji, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will also meet with Stubb to discuss bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.

October 28 marks the 74th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Finland.
