How would you envision China in a dream? Through the eyes of 9-year-old Wang Yaqi, a dream of China is brought to life by auspicious clouds drifting across the sky alongside a brightly colored, handcrafted swallow kite, vibrant lanterns sway above accompanied by tall, lush bamboo standing strong below, while ethnic fabrics with intricate patterns and iconic tiger and fish elements add a burst of cultural flair. All these elements come together to create a vivid and enchanting depiction of her "Chinese Dream."
Judges' opinions:
The colors in the artwork are bright and harmonious, with a clever arrangement of symbols rich in Chinese elements. The pairing of the swallow kite and cloud patterns is particularly well-coordinated. The depiction of the children is lively and vibrant, and the composition feels full and balanced, clearly conveying the central theme.
Congratulations to Yaqi for winning the First Prize in the "China Through My Eyes" Global Children's Art Project!
