"I Love China," by Emily Grace Tejasukmana from Indonesia, wins the Third Prize in "China Through My Eyes" Global Children's Art Project. /Provided to CGTN by artist and guardian
Chinese elements such as dragon dancing, hanfu, red lanterns with inkbrush greetings and traditional architecture were what most impressed young artist Emily Grace Tejasukmana. In her painting "I Love China," the 14-year-old Indonesian used markers, crayons and pencils to create a festive scene, mainly in the passionate colors of red and yellow. Two girls in traditional Han dress occupy the center of the canvas, with a flying dragon and red lanterns in the background, while cheerful children holding lanterns in the foreground form a perfect composition.
Congratulations to Emily Grace Tejasukmana for winning the Third Prize in the "China Through My Eyes" Global Children's Art Project!
