At least 51 people have died after floods swept through Spain's eastern Valencia region, rescue services said on October 30. In the southern region of Andaluasia, a high-speed train with 276 passengers derailed, although no one was injured, the regional government said in a statement. Emergency services across Andalucia, Valencia and Castilla La Mancha made multiple rescues as people were caught up in flash floods after torrential rain.
