Ranked first in the "Top 100 New Urban Area Development Projects" list for three consecutive years, Chengdu Eastern New Area represents an outstanding example of urban redevelopment in China. Covering a large swathe of land in the east of the city, Chengdu Eastern New Area consists of a series of modern industrial complexes that employ the latest technology, house promising businesses, and create a livable and eco-friendly environment for residents. It was also the main venue for the 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Expo, showcasing the city's vibrancy on the world stage.
