Rio de Janeiro, celebrated as the "Carnival Capital" of Brazil, is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and stunning landscapes. Beyond its festive reputation, Rio is a key center for transportation, telecommunications, culture, finance, and tourism.

The city’s UNESCO World Heritage designation in 2012 underscores its exceptional beauty. Iconic landmarks such as Tijuca National Park, Christ the Redeemer, Guanabara Bay, the Botanical Garden and Copacabana Beach create a captivating mosaic where nature and urban life seamlessly blend.

In recent years, Shenzhen and Rio de Janeiro have strengthened their ties through cooperation in various fields. In September 2022, the two cities signed a Memorandum of Friendly Exchange and Cooperation, officially establishing a sister-city relationship.

Similarly, Shenzhen has emerged as China's "Innovation Hub." Once a quiet fishing village, it has evolved into a major economic powerhouse. Today, Shenzhen offers a blend of coastal beauty, green parks, and cutting-edge technology, reflecting its entrepreneurial spirit and the vibrant potential of modern urban development.
