Stainless steel figures of winter sports athletes gleam in the daylight of Harbin, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.
With less than 100 days to go until the 2025 Asian Winter Games opens in Harbin, these sculptures have appeared on the city's streets, adding to the hype ahead of the major sports event.
Depicting speed skating, ice hockey and skiing, the sculptures have been installed on a grass traffic island, capturing the attention of passersby.
Athletes from 34 countries and regions are set to descend on Harbin when the 9th Asian Winter Games opens on February 7, 2025.
