A slice of Chengdu: You can bounce this dessert like a ball

01:21

Take a walk through the streets of Chengdu in southwest China and you might just hear the sound of drumming. It's the sound of a local street food called "Three Cannons." Instead of drumsticks, glutinous rice balls are bounced onto a drum and into a vat of powdered ground sesame. These "cannonballs" are then drizzled with syrup and topped with sesame seeds for a deliciously chewy treat.
