South Korean esports giants T1, led by Faker, beat China's Bilibili Gaming in a thrilling final that saw them win their fifth League of Legends World Championship title in London on Saturday.

China's BLG started strong, breaking T1's base in just 18 minutes to win game one in 27 minutes before T1 struck back to level the match.
The Chinese team then pulled ahead again only for their opponents to hit back. After a 25-minute standstill, it was Faker once again who turned the tide.
A second clutch fight in the top lane where the 28-year-old escaped with a sliver of health led them to eliminate four BLG members and their base, clinching game five to make it back to back titles after nearly four hours of tense action.
Prior to this final, T1 had never lost to an LPL team in a best-of-five at the World Championship. Faker, whose real name is Lee Sang-hyeok, becomes the only player in the world to win five titles, a record which no one seems close to surpassing.
