The hunt for the best young chef in Asia has concluded in Hong Kong, with local chef Ardy Ferguson taking the top prize in the regional final of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition. He beat nine other hopefuls from across Asia, who were shortlisted from thousands of applicants, and will be heading to Milan next year to represent Asia on the global stage.
