U.S. President Joe Biden has spoken from the White House a day after Democratic nominee Kamala Harris conceded the presidential election to Donald Trump. Biden said setbacks are unavoidable, but giving up is unforgivable. He also offered a glimpse of his conversation with President-elect Trump.
