GE Vernova is preparing to support China's renewable energy goals in its upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), Ramesh Singaram, president and CEO of GE Vernova Gas Power Asia, told CGTN on Wednesday at the China International Import Expo.

Singaram remarked, "The Chinese market and government have done a tremendous job in achieving a renewable balance far ahead of other countries."

"This period is extremely important for positioning the latest technology and understanding global trends," Singaram added.
