The inaugural World Conference of Classics, co-hosted by China and Greece, was held in Beijing from November 6 to 8. Using the theme "Classical Civilizations and the Modern World," it brought together more than 400 scholars from over 30 countries and regions. The participants discussed how to mine more wisdom from classical civilizations and highlight their modern relevance.
