Lee Museum of Forensic Science in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, features forensic scientific achievements by famous Chinese-American forensic scientist Henry Chang-Yu Lee, dubbed "modern Sherlock Holmes" by media. With the help of high-tech multimedia, the museum recreates the original scenes of big criminal cases, providing professional theories and real-life simulations of international criminal investigations and forensic technology research.
Born in Nantong in 1938, Henry Chang-Yu Lee has five decades of experience in forensic science and has participated in the investigation of 8,000 cases including some of the biggest criminal cases in the United States, wining more than 800 honorary awards. He was the first Chinese American state police chief in the U.S. and the highest-ranking Asian law enforcement officer in American history.
