Brazilian jiu-jitsu is getting popular in China, especially among female professionals in major cities. It is a sport that centers on thinking – analyzing the situation and quickly reacting. Some say the sport has given them more time to focus on themselves, slowed everything down and helped them temporarily forget about pressure from work. CGTN reporter Li Zhao visited a Beijing jiu-jitsu school, talked with Brazilian trainer Fernando Bruno and learned about his experiences as a coach of the sport in China.
