The second Global South Think Tanks Dialogue is being held in Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu Province, from November 13 to 15. The event provides a platform for nations from around the world to address shared challenges and opportunities. Luka Biong Deng Kuol, managing director of the Sudd Institute and former minister of presidential affairs in South Sudan, emphasized in an interview with CGTN that over the past 50 years, global growth has been accompanied by significant inequality, driven by the dominance of neoliberal policies, particularly in the U.S. and UK.
