The second Global South Think Tanks Dialogue is being held in Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu Province, from November 13 to 15. In an interview with CGTN, Deputy Chairman and Head of the Central Office of the New Azerbaijan Party Tahir Budagov said, "Cooperation among think tanks will first promote efforts to build global security and regional development initiatives. It is also a platform to discuss the problems faced by countries in the Global South and to showcase their strengths so that they can achieve further development."
