The Jiankou section is one of the most famous and dangerous parts of the Great Wall built in the Ming Dynasty. Relying on digital technology, Shang Jinyu and his colleagues have built an ultra-high-precision digital three-dimensional model of the Great Wall, which can show the vegetation on the wall and the surrounding rocks, supporting the restoration of the structure.
