Brazilian researcher: The poorest suffer the most from climate change

During an interview with CGTN Reporter Li Jingjing, Kayo Moura, the research coordinator in Decodifica Institute, brought up the importance of fighting for environmental justice.  

He said that the poorest and marginalized communities suffer the most from climate change issues like floods, landslides, etc. Yet, the richest one percent of the world population generated the same amount of carbon emission as the poorest 66 percent.
