The Tianzhou-7 cargo spacecraft performed a controlled reentry into the atmosphere on Sunday.

The spacecraft on November 10 separated from the orbiting station combination, transitioning to independent flight, according to the China Manned Space Agency.

During the reentry, most of the spacecraft's components will burn up, with few remaining debris falling into a designated safe zone in the southern Pacific Ocean.

The Tianzhou-7 cargo spacecraft blasted off from the Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site in south China's island province of Hainan on January 17, 2024.
