A driver who rammed a car into a crowd in front of a primary school in Changde City, central China's Hunan Province, on Tuesday morning has been arrested, local public security authorities said on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened near Yong An primary school in Changde's Dingcheng District, and several injured have been sent to hospital after the incident, according to the Dingcheng District Public Security Bureau, adding that none suffered life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under further investigation, the Bureau said.
