Chinese President Xi Jinping hailed the traditional friendship between China and Argentina, noting that the two sides celebrated the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership this year. Xi added that he's willing to work with Argentina to steer and guide the development of China-Argentina relations, ensuring the long-term, stable growth of the two nations' comprehensive strategic partnership.

Xi made the remarks while meeting with Argentine President Javier Milei on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Tuesday.
