On November 21, 2024, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the Yuzhmash plant in Dnipro, Ukraine, with six experimental RS-26 intercontinental ballistic missiles.
The strikes reportedly used a nuclear missile carrier with its nuclear part removed, potentially replaced with high-explosive warheads. This would be the first time Moscow has used such a weapon in the conflict.
