Latvian Ambassador to China Karlis Eihenbaums said in an interview with CGTN that he has visited Xi'an and Shanghai and hopes to visit Harbin and other cities in China. The ambassador congratulated China on its development over the years, noting that when he visited China in 1997, it was "bicycle China," and it has now become "EV China." He said he hopes that with China's further opening up, more Chinese tourists will visit Latvia.
