Americans' view on China: Partnership with China beneficial to U.S. companies

With the arrival of Donald Trump's second term as U.S. president, the outlook of China-U.S. trade relations has aroused heated discussion. CGTN talked to Aquiles Larrea, CEO of Larrea Financial, to discuss the current state of China-U.S. trade cooperation from a macroeconomic perspective and the challenges and opportunities for trade relations between the two countries. Larrea said China is a good trading partner and believes that both countries want to move in the same direction, which benefits both sides. "Many American companies believe that the partnership with their Chinese counterparts is integral to making more money. They're not going to endanger that partnership for anything, be it the U.S. president's feeling or anything," he said.
