Person-to-person services outweigh AI in labor market: Nobel laureate

Human services are irreplaceable despite artificial intelligence advances, said Christopher Pissarides, a Nobel laureate in economics. He told CGTN's Tian Wei that the current application of AI is limited to a small share of the labor market. "The biggest part of the labor market is going to be concerned with person-to-person services," Pissarides said. He said AI will not be able to replace the human touch areas such as personal care.
