During their meeting on the sidelines of the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Lima, Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joe Biden spoke positively about the two countries' communication mechanisms, including the dialogue between the two militaries. Chinese Defense Ministry spokesperson Wu Qian said on Thursday that the relationship between the two countries should bring positivity to the global order.
