Mongolianwrestling, known as "boke," is a popular sport in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Its core rule is that whoever touches the ground with anything other than a foot loses the match. There are no weight classes, age limits or time limits in their division.
The passionate competition was first included in 1991 in China’s Ethnic Games and continues to grow in popularity till today. It's also been attracting many spectators at the 12th National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities in Sanya, a city in Hainan Province.
