In this edition of Leaders Talk, CMG's Wang Guan sat down in Beijing with Samoan Prime Minister Fiamē Naomi Mata'afa on the last leg of her nine-day visit to China from Nov. 20 to 28. Mata'afa looks to China to help change agricultural practices, protect the ecosystem, and provide a market for some of Samoa's produces. She praises China for its people-centered approach to government and high-tech prowess. Mata'afa also reckons that China's global initiatives "address challenges and create opportunities."
