The 12th Global Video Media Forum was held in Quanzhou, Fujian Province on December 3. It brought together 87 media organizations from over 60 countries and regions. Former Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister Djoomart Otorbaev emphasized that developing countries must unite amid global shifts and highlighted China's rapid economic growth as an opportunity for enhanced cooperation. China, he said, is dedicated to fostering global harmony and boosting the influence of the Global South.
