Yao Yang, a distinguished professor at Peking University and director of the China Economic Research Center, shared his insights on the challenges faced by post-2000 college graduates in finding employment. He proposed four suggestions: reconciliation with history, broadening one's horizons to expand career options, continuously acquiring skills that AI cannot replace, and exploring freelancing opportunities.
