South Korea's army chief, who briefly served as the martial law commander, has offered to resign, the Yonhap news agency reported on Thursday.
According to the report, Park An-su said he tendered his resignation to the country's defense minister on Wednesday.
Earlier today, Yoon has accepted the resignation of Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.
