Winter has seen the mushroom business in China reach its peak. Production in Lingqiu County, Datong City of north China's Shanxi Province, is in full swing, with an average daily output of 20,000 logs that produce mushrooms. The city of Changzhi has also seen a bumper harvest of shiitake mushrooms. With advanced technology, an edible mushroom industrial park is using 12 greenhouses throughout the year, creating jobs for more local villagers.
