A Chinese calligrapher is being honored as Tokyo hosts the 70th calligraphy art exhibition, coinciding with the 45th anniversary of the China-Japan Agreement for Promoting Cultural Exchanges. Rong Tie, a renowned Chinese calligrapher, painter and seal carver, is showcasing around 60 pieces of his work at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum from December 4 to 11.
