Yoon Suk-yeol won't participate in state affairs before early departure

South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol will not be involved in foreign and other state affairs before his early departure, the leader of Yoon's ruling party said on Sunday.
Han Dong-hoon, leader of South Korea's ruling People Power Party, made the remarks during a joint press conference with Prime Minister Han Duck-soo.
