Since it was spotted late Monday, a fast-moving brush fire known as the Franklin fire, grows to more than 2,800 acres in Malibu, Southern California. The fire caught many residents by surprise as it came suddenly in the middle of the night. Officials has launched evacuation warning that covers 12,500 people and more than 6,000 structures.
