Macao and Me: Portuguese student explains what makes Macao attractive

Stephanie Rachell Andaluz Almandoz Ramos, a scholar from Portugal pursuing her PhD in biomedicine at the University of Macau, said that the teaching environment of the university provides great convenience for foreign students. She added that Macao brings together people from different cultural backgrounds, making the academic experience colorful. Ramos noted that the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has brought great opportunities to Macao, attracting countless talents to study and work in the region. She encouraged people curious about the region to visit Macao and pursue various forms of cooperation to achieve their goals. Ramos said she plans to stay and work in Macao after completing her studies because of its endless opportunities.
