South Korea's parliament passed an impeachment motion against President Yoon Suk-yeol on Saturday. The impeachment vote suspended Yoon from presidential duties, and the Constitutional Court will decide whether to remove him from office. A total of 204 lawmakers at the parliament voted to impeach Yoon. The parliamentary speaker called on the government and parliament to work together to stabilize the country's economy.
