2024 Beijing Vocational Skills Competition takes place in Beijing

The 2024 Beijing Vocational Skills Competition was held at the National Convention Center this weekend. For the first time, the event was held in the form of a "competition, exhibition and performance," focusing on the unique skills from all walks of life. The event saw the finals of many interactive competition projects such as healthcare, tea art, coffee-making, flower arrangement, precious metal jewelry and Internet of Things - to showcase the contestants' skills. This competition is divided into three tracks: World Skills Competition, National Vocational Skills Competition and Industry Competition - with a total of 140 contests. These covered many established industries and emerging industries such as advanced manufacturing, life services, scientific and technological services, new generation information technology, etc - attracting more than 50,000 people from over 1000 organizations.
