In a dramatic rescue in Wuzhou City, south China, a 4-year-old girl was left hanging outside the guardrail of an 8th-floor balcony, her body swaying dangerously in mid-air. In that critical moment, Huang Xingjie, a young man, rushed to the 9th floor and, without hesitation, leapt through a window to reach the child. His quick thinking and bravery ultimately saved her life.
