In the World Weightlifting Championships in Manama, Bahrain, China's Wu Yan won all three gold medals in the women's 87kg category.
In the snatch, Wu dominated to win with her first successful lift of 115kg. The 23-year-old then followed it up with successful lifts of 120 and 122 to enter the clean and jerk with an 8-kilogram advantage.
Wu secured the clean and jerk and overall gold medals with a lift of 148kg on her second attempt, then put up 150kg on her third attempt, finishing with a dominant 272 kilograms in the total and all three golds.
Australia's Eileen Cikamatana earned two silver medals in the clean and jerk and 257kg in total, as well as a bronze from the snatch session.
